All round great product. Used it for various different things. Great for focus on the golf course. I took a little extra for use in the gym.  it was a great alternative to using preworkout. Which due to the caffeine content, would leave me tired and affect my sleep, as I normally have to train late. I have adhd. Occasionally due to delivery problems I can be left without medication for a few days. YEYO worked as a replacement. I was focused and wasn’t procrastinating which are two of the main reasons I take medication in the first place. Very impressed
